We stored furniture at Vaultra whilst getting ready to move. The facility was clean, the Staff, very helpful and friendly. There prices were competitive, and a little cheaper, than other local storage units. Overall we were very satisfied.

There is a rodent problem and they will not disclose to customers. Do not risk storing with Vaultra Keswick it was a massive waste of money, time and sentimental items. Go elsewhere, or you risk experiencing my horror.

Unfortunately when attempting to return a UHaul after hours I had great difficulty. Gates were locked and I called all numbers posted on fence including the emergency number multiple times will no answer at all. Very frustrating. The facility however looked well kept what I could see through the locked gates.

I used this facility back in 2015. The person on staff was phenomenal. The unit was clean and ready for use. There was an issue with the door latch ehennI moved in which they immediately fixed. Great experience.

Carla - fantastic customer service. She listened to my needs and had me set up in minutes. She was kind and thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. Great prices on big, clean storage units and in a very secure lot too. Equally important was the excellent customer service and help I had getting everything set up from the site manager, I'm very happy I went with these guys! Highly recommend!
