The staff is very nice, I arrived there without appointment and apparently near the closing hour and she still received me, it was not expensive at all and my nails looked pretty decent even though she did them super fast and while doing 2 other clients at the same time. I'll probably go back with appointment this time and see if the results are better.

The staff was nice but since she had an internet problem, she was ALWAYS on the phone. I wanted the nails shorter but she said somethingg along the lines of “nails already short/ they’ll get shorter later”, and that was a lie. They were also crooked and she didn’t see that so i told her but she was in denial. Then there was the polish and it was so transparent but i mean it was kinda the effect i wanted. It also took around 2hrs just for basic nails. I took them off a week after and a week after that i got an ingrown nail, mind you that i had fake nails in the past and that never happened. The environment reeked nail polish so it was badly ventilated. When she put the powder on for the acrilycs, i had to turn my head because of the smell, it was SO BAD!!! The place was also really dirty, there was nail polish everywhere and im not kidding, not at all sanitized.

Went to this place because I just moved to Verdun, and the place I went before is now a bit too far from me. Staff was very friendly but they made a lot of people wait for like at least an hour between treatments. Seemed to me like it was a little short staffed maybe?I went in for a nail refill (acrylic + shellac on top) and I'm not 100% satisfied with what I got. The finished result is a bit spotty, bumps and lumps pretty much on every nail.. And they are also all different lengths.What bothered me a lot also is the fact that I asked for them to be almond shaped, but short, because I work with a keyboard all day at work and don't like when my nails get stuck in between the letters. She said she can't make them much shorter because they won't look good. To which I replied that I like the way they look short, and would like her to make them as short as possible. There was another lady there, doing another clients nails and she also said it was just gonna look ugly so I should make them longer. Very unprofessional. Who asked you? I'm the one who's gonna wear them. I also told her I have the equipment at home and was gonna go straight home to file them down if she doesn't. She just shrugged it off...Look, I pay 35$ (30+tip) for a refill... Can I please get them as short as I'd like?I used to do nails for a living so I know you can't really go TOO short, like you need to have some length to work with, but I don't think I was asking for something crazy here.Not going back there.

I am absolutely disgusted with this nail salon! I went for a mani pedi last night and the services were the absolute worst services I’ve ever experienced.1. The Salon was very dirty and unhygienic. I’m very certain the implements were NOT CLEAN. The staff would constantly switch between clients without changing their gloves.2. The lady doing my pedicure had nipped me and cut me multiple times.I had to tell her repeatedly she was way to rough with my feet but she didn’t seem to care. A PEDICURE IS SUPPOSED TO BE RELAXING AND GENTLE!3. There was absolutely no customer service, the staff was impeccably rude and unprofessional and no esthetician or nail tech should be swapping clients. If your gonna swap from clients adleast CHANGE YOUR GLOVES.4. Once I had finished my pedicure I had moved on to the manicure. I examined my toes and they were cut uneven and the polish application was DREADFUL.5. The nail technician refilled my previous set from another salon. She made no apex, the nails were filed crooked and uneven. Not to mention the Bio Gel application wasn’t applied properly at the cuticle. It looks like I just painted over a grown out set! Bumpy, Lumpy and just Horrific!6. FINALE, I gathered my thrown around personals! Manage to make my way to pay for this despicable service. I go to pay by debit, but their machine was erroring. I told them they needed to reservice the machine.The lady began to argue with me saying that “People who have money, machine works” in broken English. So she insisted that I had to run all over Wellington St. to find cash!She snatched my phone out of my hand and told me I wouldn’t get it back till I paid! I WAS APPALLED!I managed to get cash out and I went to pay. The technician told me it would be 70$ But it ended up being 90$. I wasn’t gonna fight with the lady cause I knew she just made up the price at the checkout. She had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR A TIP!I threw the 90$ at her and demanded for my phone. She counted the money and then went to get my phone in the back. I left very furious and very angry that I wasted my time and money at the Worse Nail Salon I’ve ever been to!Not to mention I am in the Medical Aesthetics Industry and this is UNACCEPTABLE! COMPLETELY! I’m making this terrible review to warn people of this place.I will never be returning to this place EVER AGAIN! I will be calling the health department! no matter what is offered to me to take this review down will NOT BE ACCEPTED!WORST 90$ I HAVE EVER SPENT.UPDATE I HAVE A FOOT INFECTION!!!!

The staff are very friendly, I absolutely adore them. My friend recommended me this place so I decided to give it a try. The prices are absolutely cheap. This is one of the less expensive nail salon I've ever been to. I find that a good thing considering the results. I am satisfied with my nails but some things are to be considered. I called to book an appointment when I arrived there, I couldn't help but notice the place was short staffed for the amount of customers. So I waited for my turn calmly. I asked the lady to put fake nails and apply Gel to protect the color so she did. I was happy with the outcome but I wish my nails were sharpened more cause they look more like a square than a coffin (which is what I asked). Anyway not a big deal. I wanted one nail to be different from the others so I asked her to put a white color but she didn't understand the first time so she fixed it 3 times. 1 of those times was because I didn't like the color (not her fault). The next day I went back because I broke my nail (my fault). Another woman served me she was super nice and she was prioritizing me because I was in a hurry. She was rough on my nail but did a great job. I would definitely go back when I have a day off.

I got a Shellac manicure. When I got home, I had to file my nails because the polish had glued onto my skin. After one week it started chipping when it usually holds for three weeks elsewhere. Only positive is the low price but not good enough incentive to return.

I love this place!! The ladies that run it are so kind and so sociable!! They do an amazing job!! the staff is really good. i really loved my new nails:) thanks!!!
