Very dishonest people running this shop. They saw me carrying white big brand name purse so made me bought ridiculous price product that even the Chinese doctor working for them were shocked. Avoid this shop. Scam.

This clinic is run by a father-daughter TCM doctor duo. They are closed Thursdays and Sundays. The father is elderly and hard of hearing. He specialises in skin issues and has recently returned from retirement. The daughter specialises in women's health. A package of their medicine generally runs around $30/package which is enough for two days' worth of medicine. They like you to buy 3, 5, or 10 at a time. They encourage payment by cash or debit.Appointments are generally not on time. Booking an appointment is highly recommended. The daughter will take calls from other patients during your appointment. It will also take some time for them to package up your medicine. Allot 2 -3 hours for an appointment (half hour for your consultation and a couple of hours to get your medicine). It is rare for a patient to see them only once to take care of an issue.They make an ointment in-house which they pushed on you in the past. Now they have raised the price and will allow you to buy only one container during your visit and only if you have an appointment (supply chain issues). They will also re-sell ointment that has been returned.The daughter is very direct in her communication and can come across extremely rude. If you are okay with a poor bedside manner and poor customer service, she is worth a visit. She can also speak (some) English.Lastly, although there is no signage inside the store or on their windows, they video record inside the store (unclear if they also record audio, which would be illegal).

Very nice Chinese Doctor. The herbs quality is good and price is reasonable for about twenty to thirty type of different type of herbs mixed together
