Fahd is an amazing design consultant. Last summer was the first time I ordered custom-made blinds after realizing that I'd actually like my large windows to be covered sometimes. Because I've never bought blinds before, I was worried when I first entered the BTG store. However, Fahd walked me through the entire process of how to measure my windows, what details to look out for in the surrounding walls, how to choose the best blinds for my windows given their location and function, and advice on how to safely transport them home. The last point was one that i didn't even think to consider, so I was really grateful when he mentioned it. Overall, amazing customer service here thanks to Fahd.

We had an awesome experience with Blinds to go. Communication was seamless and the delivery was earlier than anticipated (which was a bonus). We were prepared to have the blinds installed in the new year however, once Jim did his bang on measuring the blinds were scheduled for production and were installed just in time for Christmas. Working with Jim was easy and refreshing. He took the time to explain and advise and did the installation just before he went on his holidays. Thank you to everyone at Blinds To Go wishing you all happy and safe holidays.

Had a great experience! Ordered 12 roller blinds for my home with install. Delays with the product due to COVID as expected. Ordering was super easy, they came in and measured which was great! Jim is absolutely fabulous! He was super fast and efficient with the install. Everything lines up perfectly and looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Kayla was very helpful when choosing the best options, including a design and material for Roman Blinds. The custom order was filled within a few weeks and was easy to install. The blinds look great and are easy to open and close.
