I called looking for this business to make me one button since I was one short for a headboard I was making. He was rude to me when I called. I told him about my situation and asked if he could make me a button and he replied, I guess so". He told me I should go back to where I got the other buttons

We have 5 unique bar stools and one captain's chair to be redone. I called and before I could finish my first sentence was interrupted and told why would I pay to have them redone when I could buy new. Good business plan. Not impressed.

We have used Lonnie for damages to a lot of the upholstery in our gym quipment at our gym. And he's always happy to help, does great work, reasonably priced, and quick service.My family is also been using his service for three generations, and he has been great at restoring furniture!

Lonnie does EXCEPTIONAL work. I trust him with all of my antique pieces. He also adds creative touches that I had not thought of and if anyone knows me, that is saying a lot. He does high quality work and always surprises me by having the work done much earlier than expected (without compromising workmanship). A true craftsman. I am looking around my house for any other pieces to have done.

Just went and had some buttons done. Great service, would definitely recommend and I’ll be back. Buttons are definitely tedious so if someone was charged $2 to come in to have only one done, not sure what they’re complaining about....

Tried to physically FIGHT my friend for asking to fix a bike seat. Screaming his head off in the driveway. Disgusting and utterly pathetic customer service.

Lonnie just re-did my couch, loveseat, ottoman and chairs. We are so happy with the results. He also recovered my Mom's couch set from the 70's. It looks brand new. Lonnie is very experienced. We highly recommend him.

Just called Lonnie's to ask about a price on high density foam to redo some chairs, not sure if I spoke with the owner or an employee but the person was very rude and unprofessional. When a potential customer calls and inquires about a price next time try speaking in a proper tone of voice and speak to people not at them. Also, you might try not speaking at people like the are stupid the reason people call to make inquires is to gather information. Oh and by the way your ignorance has just cost you over $200.00 worth of potential business. I wish you could give negative stars.

Absolutely excellent service, every time. I have had Lonnie reupholster furniture on many occasions. And, for so long, that he has reupholstered twice some items. The quality of his work is outstanding. Flawless. Excellent suggestions too, for fabric and other finishing details. Highly recommended. A pleasure to deal with.
