Took the 4 pieces chicken basket with a side salad. Not too bad. It was fresh. Just the fries notEnough cooked in my opinion. Got a military 15% discount.

There is a very condescending person who works at drive through to the point he makes it sound like you're a child. The fact he's there all the time I just avoid this place so I don't end up losing it.

I didn't realize they didn't open until 11. I was two hours early. Chris met me at the door, and helped me pick a cake for my son. He was very helpful and even carried it to my vehicle while I struggled with a cranky toddler. Excellent customer service!! I am so grateful for his help today!!

Food is always good here. After a full day of exercise, it's always time for ice cream. The service was prompt and polite. Store very clean.

Ordered a honey glazed BBQ chicken combo for lunch today and didn't get any honey BBQ sauce , 2nd time this happens not sure how this mistake happens in the kitchen the damn combo meals name is HONEY GLAZED BBQ CHICKEN....

Great socializing, but I was very disappointed with the fact I paid 9.27 before tax for this medium oreo blizzard with two EXTRA toppings($1.39 each!) I can count how many oreos and truffles are in this (see picture, I dug into it in case it was poorly mixed).The staff, specifically Dominic was great and very charismatic, he made the experience fun and inviting. Hence the 3 stars overall, but that was a lot of money wasted for mostly mediocre soft serve ice cream, and I won't be going back as I can buy ice cream for less elsewhere.(Had to edit my review because there was a misunderstanding that I enjoyed my overall experience. The only part I enjoyed was interacting with one of their workers)

I made a large order at drive through for my family, I found a cockroach in my drink. Was offered a gift card OR a cake as compensation. I emailed corporate, they offered me nothing. I wouldn't eat here again or accept the gift card or cake.
