I don't even know what to say. If you aren't using skip you might as well not order from in-store. Used to be able to walk and and have food ready almost instantly. Now you're waiting 20-30 mins for a burger and fries, while about 15 orders of skip the dishes are being pushed out of the doors as fast as possible. No priority to walk-ins. Might as well close the doors and move the business to online only.

For a fast food place....it's not... they cater to the skip the dishes guys while your your coffee sits on the counter and gets cold.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for no bacon on it. They gave me bacon on the sandwich. This has happened multiple times to me at this McDonald's location.

most experiences ive had here have been the worst. got overcharged, waited 40 minutes for food, latte machine broken and smoothie machine broken. yikes. i try to avoid this mcdonalds. dont care if i have to drive 30 minutes. Rating 2 stars because the first time i went they had good service.

Place an order for the phone App, picked up the order myself from store but when checked upon arriving home it was one burger less. No one to pick the phone when tried calling them. Ruined evening for a family.

It's a pretty darn good McD's. The machines don't work sometimes, and there isn't always someone tending the counter. But by and large over the years dependable, well put together, cheap junk food. Wish it had a drive through.
