Amazing Cafe. Ice caps are to die for. They are so good. The pizza twists are so soft and so good. Lots of flavour and just big enough for a good snack. Owners are so friendly. If you ever come through penhold, 100% recommend stop!

This place quickly became a family favorite. Well worth the drive. I should know, I do it once a week. The owners are amazing - friendly and quick-witted. If you get a chance, have a bowl of their corn chowder and don't forget their cinnamon buns. Flavors change weekly. And our family staple - the cheese bread.

My family just moved to Penhold, and this little gem of a coffee shop/ bakery ended up being the highlight of our move. Ma and Pa are the friendliest folks, and have made us feel like family. The coffee is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and their dark, homemade rye bread is...just yum. Yay small business!!!

There is nothing I dont love about this place. The food is amazing, Ma & Pa are friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect! They are always improving the space to better serve their customers and openly take suggestions. If you havent checked this place out, you are definitely missing out!

I’ve been at Ma & Pa’s numerous times. Have never had a negative experience. The breakfast and lunch is amazing, always fresh ingredients homemade style. Hard to find a good down to earth bakery nowadays. Very respectable prices. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome young couple built the store 3 yrs ago after loosing their jobs to covid. Wonderful baking choices. Good seating and pking. Great coffee. All fresh made on location by night baker. Mmmmm

Rolled in for a hockey tournament - last time we were here stopped at another cafe that has apparently gone under, found this place instead. Glad I did! Amazing service, lovely little space with a clean dining area and - maybe most importantly: delicious coffee and food! Highly recommend the breakfast burrito.
