Went in for Niger seed for goldfinches. Who knew you could get a bag too big to carry! We bought the six dollar size though.

Great staff. Needed a special item to be stocked and they ordered it and now am a regular customer. If you have a pet or enjoy wild birds, this is the place to get your supplies.

Always very polite and knowledgeable. Great variety of items for most pets. Better prices for QUALITY Food, and as another customer commented, a free bag every 10th. No pushy sales people, but are eagerly available if you have questions. We always leave the store with smiles on our faces.Highly recommend !!!!

Would never return. Visited the store wanting to return a bag of dog food. The guy behind the counter who may have been the owner. Conversation goes hi I’d like to return a bag of dog food I lost my dog last week. Reply. Already did that what do you want to do with it now...Total jerk. Never to return...

This store can get a good variety of products but the customer service skills are severely lacking. The woman with the long blonde hair is very cold. No smile, just cold. Yuck. The place looks so dumpy and dindgy, but their variety is what brought me but the poor customer service is what will keep me from coming back. There are plenty of pet stores in Chatham-Kent to go to.
