Perfection Cleaning

Just have to give a shout out to Perfection Cleaning. I had a deep clean service recently where 2 of their staff came in for half a day and cleaned my house from top to bottom. They did a fantastic job!! I came home a beautifully cleaned home that included baseboards being wiped down and blinds cleaned (I have a lot of those!!). The office staff worked with me to get me in and followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with my cleaning. Their cleaning staff was professional & efficient. I highly recommended them – you get what you pay for!

Perfection Cleaning has been great! The quality clean, friendly, professional staff, and all round services I have recieved from them have been superb, and am very happy with them. I initially intended to only get cleaning done one time, but they exceeded my expectations, so have actually had them back several times since then, and would recommend Perfection Cleaning to anyone looking for a cleaning company to hire them!Thank you guys for doing such a great job, see you again soon

Had them come into my 850 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom to do a clean. Was looking to have them come in every 2 weeks.The girl had 3 hours in my place and when I got home my kitchen sink had not been touched, in fact was dirtier than when I left it and my floors had not been washed. There was also my bathtub and a few other little areas that had not been done.I had to mull it over as I was pretty upset for a couple of days and then I called the company to complain and was told I should have called right away because they would have sent somebody back to fix it. I explained how upset I was and that was why I didn't call sooner. I also felt like they were blaming me for the shoddy job as I didn't give them a priority list - asked Katie to just do a regular clean, as that was all I needed done.Staff were nice but I never got any resolution and paid $150!I was told management would call me the next day - never happened.I was pretty surprised by it all especially with all the positive reviews....I would not recommend.I just can't understand why it is so difficult to find a good cleaner.

I hired this company to do a move-in clean a while back, and in chatting with a friend about cleaners/maid services recently, realized I hadn't left a review.First of all, everyone I spoke with was friendly throughout and very pleasant to deal with. However, it cost me over $350 to have an 800ft² empty condo cleaned. Yeah it was dirty, but not trashed or anything. I'd already steam cleaned the carpets myself, so they didn't have to touch 3/4 of the floors. Because the place was empty, I just let them in to do their thing while I was at work, and was really excited in hopes of coming back to a sparkling clean apartment with that freshly cleaned smell (especially given the steep price and positive reviews). That was not the case. I walked in, it smelled the same, and as I started to look around, found so many obvious things missed. The blinds and light fixtures has not been touched, the cabinets and kitchen appliances were just as dirty as before, and so on. To be honest, I had a harder time figuring out what was cleaned. Even the kitchen faucet, the shiniest object in the place, did not sparkle.I emailed the company back with my list of concerns. They apologized and came back for a re-do with a different cleaner. That was better, I appreciated that, but was surprised when the owner made comments such as well

Perfection Cleaning were perfect on timing and they take care of cleaning your house very well; and with a friendly smile. It really shows that the cleaning team love what they do. Absolutely no complaints, and we would like to take their service again.We will be highly recommending them to my family, neighbors and friends.

Just want to thank your team for going above and beyond for me and my crew. You did a fantastic job on my business and personal home and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone! Its great to see another small business show so much integrity and honesty, it seems rare these days.

What a great company to work with. We had them do some cleaning for us for one of our customers. They were able to accommodate us fast, they were very easy to work with and followed instructions well. Their prices were affordable as well that is always a good. They will be the regular company I use for now on.
