I never leave without learning a bit. Their pricing is great but the people are even better. Their suggestions have saved me tons of time - and money. Despite product shortages everywhere- they turn themselves inside out to get what I need to get my projects done. It's great to be able to rely on this team!

Very knowledgeable staff and great service. I was painting a basement floor that was painted over 30 years ago with oil based paint and they explained how to prepare it . I bought the paint and rollers which they carried to my truck. Really happy with how the new floor looks.

We love the paint at Sherman Williams and we have been buying paint at the Stanley St location for quite awhile. We especially appreciate the service and are very impressed with Ada who always is very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. She really does her job well and we appreciate such wonderful service!!

Not knowing anything about paint or what we should be looking for, we walked in and started ambling around. We were the only customers. The sales person didn't look up from her computer, didn't ask us if we needed anything, nothing. After several minutes of standing around, we left. I will never go here again. I googled another paint store and we drove there. We were greeted at the door and immediately shown to what we were looking for.

My initial rating was a 1 star due to my first experience at this store. After posting a review I was immediately contacted by the owner of the store who wished to address my concerns. I was very impressed with his willingness to meet with me and rectify the poor experience I initially had. Unfortunately I had already taken my business elsewhere. As such, the response to my initial review leads me to believe that this place is deserving of at least a 3 star rating.

Went to a different SW store initially. Needed an extra can and they had it in stock. Liked the other store but the Stanley store just seemed to have better customer service. Just one of those feelings. Nothing wrong with the other store but this store was very precise making sure I had the right paint and the people I dealt with were so friendly. Will be returning to this store. Thank you
