I came in here with my daughter to purchase some crystal bracelets back in mid January and had exceptional customer service!! they didn't have her size on the rack so the lady took the time and care to pull out all the ones unpacked and went through them until finding one that was a perfect fit. Honestly the best customer service I've found out of all the stores in Orchard Plaza. I apologize for this review being late and regretfully forgetting the name of the kind woman working there that day. It might have been Alannah, but I may be completely wrong as I am terrible with names. Thank you for the awesome products you carry, will be coming back for sure!!

What a lovely store full of surprises! So many wonderful and beautiful things. My discovery were the lovely Italian linen clothes in the back of the store. In looking at clothes, the ladies in the store were so kind, helpful and attentive. Thank you to you all for the great service. I look forward to coming back and discovering something else new to me soon.

I’ve already given a review but here I am again with another because the people who work here are pure gold. I work at the hospital and the other day I went in looking for a particular protective stone on a durable chain for these unsettling times, and one of the women was so kind to help me find and pick one out, and THEN gave me a generous discount so that it was within my budget and I could use the gift card I had on hand. In all honesty it made my whole month and I haven’t taken the pretty little thing off since, neither do I plan on it. It’s so perfect.Thank you to the staff at The Artful Hand for being so kind, genuine and personable, because times like these it’s hard to come by. ❤️

I bought a ring with small diamonds on it. Within the hour of wearing it, one of the diamonds fell off. I came back the next day and the manager refused to give an in-store credit, refund, exchange, fix it or give me the Artisans card. Even with the knowledge that it was only wore for an hour. If you want affordable quality jewelry, go to Lucky Bamboo or Culture Craze. Don't waste your money at the artful hand.

A poorly set up shelf collapsed when I looked at an item's price. I was told that I must pay for the broken items. I explained this was not my fault and they had a shelf loaded improperly. I was told that yes it wasn't my fault, but I still must pay for at least one item because they are artisan made. (Upon getting home I noticed the barcode under their tag disputing that claim.) They gave me a discount at the absolute least. It's a look, but don't touch or try and buy kinda place apparently.Edit to Add: While I appreciate the response, it is disheartening that the concern continues to be money vs. my wellbeing. Not once did a staff member ask if we were alright when your shelf collapsed. If I had been injured what would the response be? It's also worth noting that after searching the barcode on the bottom this product is available on multiple websites. This leads me to believe that it is not an artisanal product, which is concerning since the staff and your response indicates that this is the sole reason why I had to pay for the store's error. A disappointing experience to be sure.

Incredibly nice people. I had to come in with a wheelchair and they were nothing but accommodating and beyond friendly. If your in the mall, you gotta at least look around.

I purchased a jumper and a beautiful scarf at this very eclectic unique store full of art pieces and jewelry, loved browsing around as they had a lot of ideas for family Christmas. The staff were very friendly and gave me advice on their bars of hair soaps which I decided to also purchase and now love the product!Definitely one of my favorite shops!

Had such a great experience here it was hard to leave haha. I left with a cute handmade card as a gift and will definitely be back for other services and items. The crystals here are beautiful!

The most amazing store in the mall! I love supporting local artisans and businesses, and the artful hand is two in the same. I get my rings and all my handmade bath products here. The staff is very kind and helpful.
