Great shop in the Vancouver bc area I'm verySatisfied with the way they are serving their customers just one question tho do you by any chance can give cash back if I 0ay for something with my vancity debt card?

I have bought a lot of vape gear from here and their products are good and very fairly priced. Nik is quite courteous and knowledgable and even competitive in the age of online retail. Recommend to all as a corner store and vape shop! Thanks again to Nik and store!

They like to sell expired stuff to people here and telling you it's perfectly fine and refuse to refund the item. This place is a scam. Avoid at all cost.

The whole staff there is willing to help with whatever you need. My devices were acting up and not working so they solved the problem for me! Great customer service and communication! Great owner too

Laziest worker I’ve ever met! Store was dead today when I came in to collect my lottery prize and the guy still told me to scan it at the lottery machine instead of helping me check at the counter. I specifically told him to scan it at his counter because the preset machine would not work and he just refused to help me when the entire store was empty.

Went in because this used to be a place to buy single cigars. Clerk was not wearing a mask, when I asked where is your mask he just shrugged and didn't say anything, but did not put on a mask. I asked for a colt single cigar he kind of shuffled some boxes and he didn't have them I asked do you sell single cigars he kind of mumbled something I didn't catch. I said do you have pom-poms he went to grab a pack but I only wanted a single, and I had to ask again before he got one out it, it was the large one I said do you have minis he just kind of shrugged and that is when I left. Surly, unhelpful and did not put on a mask even after I mentioned that he should be wearing one. edit this was last night about 8:30. I thought about calling the city about the mask because he upset me being so surly and unhelpful, all I wanted was a cigar, and he should be wearing a mask. But I am doing this instead.

I usually visit this store and I found great cashier who always come to help me while finding the stuffs from the store. They are very kind and greet with wonderful smile. Great customer service.
