Fav place for pedi. Everything including massage chairs, decor, clean and - most important - awesome technicians who are very competent. Friendly. Always makes my day to walk into the salon.#1 in all respects.

Highly recommend this place! This salon is super professional and always does an amazing job! I went in with a small group for a wedding and they were very accommodating. They were willing to squeeze me in for a last minute manicure while we were there. A big thank you to the staff there - you’re amazing!

Fabulous experience!! Emailed to inquire about an appointment. Had a call back within minutes and I was able to go right in. Mark who did my pedicure was amazing. Nice fellow a d such attention to detail. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Right in my own neighborhood. I will be back.

I highly recommend Devotion Nail Spa & Salon! The staff is amazing and makes you feel very at home as soon as you walk in the door. I've never had a better nail salon experience, especially here in Kelowna. The salon was clean and well kept. When my friend and I got home, we noticed our polish from our pedicure was starting to peel a little, so we emailed them to let them know as we were sure it was that they applied some creams to our feet before applying the polish. Within minutes of sending the email, they called and reschedules for a full re-do of the pedicure (full spa pedicure redo, start to finish) for the next day, no questions asked. Great customer service! I also loved that they were quick, but paid attention to detail, we were in an our in an hour and had amazingly soft feet. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will not hesitate to go back. I'm very very pleased!

Would not recommend! Quality of work is very very poor - I can do a better job doing my own nails. Got home and took off my polish immediately there were areas not covered, polish on my skin and scuffs. Furthermore, cleanliness is not a priority gloves not changed between opening and closing doors, answering phones and on top of all that old nail files and nail brushes were used clearly without being sanitized between uses….. Yuck.

This place is horrible. Horrible service and staff is very rude. I booked an appointment through their online booking for 3 pedicures for a bridal weekend. I received a confirmation email from them with date and time and responded to that email. My mom, friend, and I arrived at our scheduled appointment and when I gave my name they said “we have called you and emailed you 3 times and you never confirmed your appointment, so it was cancelled.” I explained I didn’t get any phone calls or emails besides the one to confirm at the time of booking which I responded to. They had my information down wrong, which is why I didnt receive their calls. Regardless the lady and man were VERY rude and unprofessional and ruined our special pedicure for my wedding dress shopping weekend. They said they would do “express pedicures in their waiting room chairs.” .. not even the spa chairs.. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome and therefore left. We then called “Nice Nails and Spa for you” and last minute they accommodated our three pedicures and they were welcoming and a great experience, I was shocked! I DO NOT recommend Devotion nail salon. The salon is also dirty and looks nothing like it shows on their website, but more importantly they were unprofessional and rude. I would also like to mention I booked our pedicure appointment 3 weeks prior to the date.
