EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came here to return something, an employee told me “yes we can exchange it for whatever you want in the store” I specifically asked for a time frame she did not mention anything. I was busy and finally got time today to go in, and today I met the store manager. This lady… extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. She says me don’t do exchange… starts raising her voice. I could judge by her expression, she just didn’t wanted to do an exchange. I work at at a mall too, the attitude she showed me if I showed someone I would literally get fired. And she was the store manager, so rude and disrespectful. I wish I could meet the same employee I met the other day. Because of this manager, I’m never going there again. I couldn’t get worth of my money, I can’t exchange it and I don’t like it enough to wear it.They scam you, just don’t want to do exchanges. Don’t go here guys.

Staff was helpful however I chose to go with a different jeweller. 5 stars for just boeing friendly.

Pricy disco and proper events to wear their earrings I bought from their nice store in Canada. I loved it!!

I only put one star because it doesn’t give me the option to put 0 zero stars. Me and my sister went there to buy a pair of earrings and they were around $250. There were 4-5 people working in there and nobody wanted to help us and they didn’t know anything about the earrings that we were looking for. They kept on asking each other wether they have those or not. None of them tried to properly help us and give good service. We are not satisfied at all. The girl at the till was so arrogant and did not even say the word “thank you or please”. We expected a better service since we were paying more than $250. They were forcing us to buy the matching necklace set while my sister already told them 3 times that she already has the necklace but they kept on insisting so she can spend more than $300 so she can get 20% off. You need to do better with your customer service. It’s sad.

Had a unbelievable bad customer experience at this store. One of the store manager, Sarah, put zero effort to resolve the situation and was being a stubborn little b. I purchased a product, which later I wanted to exchange for a different colour. I had the original receipt, within 14 days of purchase and the manger refused the exchange, saying the produce should have came with a security tag, which is now missing. Truth of the matter is, the cashier never put a security tag one when it was purchased, the manager argued even if the cashier forgot its stated on the fine prints and it's my fault for not reading closely. Funny enough, the fine print only said some product requires a security tag..." How is it reasonable to expect a customer to know which products require one? Untlimatly

Swaroski is love. I bought a couple of items. The staff was friendly and the products are perfect though they're expensive

Had a very bad customer experience there! The manager Sarah was very rude and stubborn. I purchased a phone case where they told me it has a 2 years warranty and I can come back any time to exchange it if any thing happens, 2 months later the crystals fall off so I went back and she was like these are not covered and not under warranty and I can’t do anything for you, she was so rude and unprofessional .Then I had to call customer service and send them the picture of my phone case so they send me a new one next day ( and I was told that the warranty is only 1 year and not 2 as I was told at the store) the thing is they just want to let you buy by lying to you about the warranty or either they know nothing about their work, very bad experience with swarovski market mall amd will never go there again.

I had received a bracelet as birthday gift from my husband. I had something similar and didn’t want another bracelet. So I went to return it as per their 14 day return policy with receipt(gift receipt ). I only have the gift receipt since my husband didn’t have the original. They said since it was not the original location I purchased from, they cannot look it up in the system( they can take my money and give a gift card but not look it up in their systm). So instead I have to go back to the original location even though I have the gift receipt. I don’t want a gift card. I want my money back. Definitely will not be purchasing from here ever again for any occasion. Not happy with the customer service.

Store was beautiful and shiny. Never been to a Swarovski store before. The jewelry was not my taste but still very nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars as the jewelry I had brought to have fixed is no longer being made by the company. It’s my favourite. The ladies at the store were nice and friendly.
