The Thornhill skin clinic is the only beauty spa where I have achieved the results i have wanted. I have been to various other spas even in the downtown core and none have come close to the amazing results of the dynamic duo of Shawn and Shannon! Shawn is caring and honest. She will never over sell her products. Shannon’s knowledge of skin and skill in all facials is amazing. I would never go anywhere else.

I love thornhill skin clinic! Shawn, Shannon and the rest of the staff are amazing! I had been feeling very down about the state of my face and skin, but after a consultation with Shawn I implemented an at home skincare routine and a treatment regimen with Shannon and Shawn, and I have seen such a noticeable improvement! THE BEST!! Thornhill Skin Clinic is incredibly clean and sanitary. The staff are always professional and welcoming. Shawn is a MASTER of her craft! She keeps diligent notes and photos of your sessions and progress and only suggests procedures that emphasize your natural beauty! Shawn always puts her clients first and does not compromise. Once I had my first session at Thornhill Skin Clinic, I knew I had found the best clinic. Their care, service and knowledge is incomparable!

I’m disappointed I didn’t get to try the facials I wanted to try! I won a giveaway at the end of January and was advised that my gift card was added to my file. I didn’t open the pdf, with the gift card attached to it, which states the value expires April 30th, which I should have been smarter to look into. Regardless I was booking multiple facials exceeding the value on the gift card and I was surprised they didn’t honour the gift card, as I did mention I had surgery and was unable to use it for a 2 month period anyways. It was definitely a little disappointing. I just took my buisness elsewhere.
