Zand Group demolished my cement front porch that was showing a lot of wear and built a beautiful new wood porch with a larger footprint. Wish I had this work done years ago. It has totally changed the look of my house. They also added a pergola around my existing backyard floating deck, which adds so much beauty to the yard. I'm totally happy with the results of both jobs and would hire Zand Group for any future work I need done. Alex was very responsive, the work was done on time as promised and at a competitive cost. Zand Group are by far the most unprofessional contractors and we are surprised how they got a 4.8 star rating, which is 100% fake (they probably paid people to put these fake reviews).These guys are thieves, and trust us that they will take your money and run away without finishing what was contractually promised. The owner Kia is rude, pompous and arrogant. Kia casually uses the blackmail and extortion threats once they are paid.They finished the deck and left the railings scattered and undone. They were paid to assemble and put back the railing, but they left without finishing and told us to take a hike when we contacted Kia. His response was that I don't care as I am already paid and I don't care if the work was not finished.Stay away from these guys as they will rob you 100%.

Alex and him team were very professional The was done within time frame promised. I made few last minute changes and was done with a smile. No one toons. I will recommend the Zand group for your future projects.

We were very happy with the workmanship, the professionalism and the quality of work they did for us. They completed the project in a record 3 days and they did a great job.
