Great customer service.People there love animals and it shows.The vet gave us good advices while taking his time. We did not feel rushed.

*update: called again to give them the benefit of the doubt after another good review. We tried to book an appointment that we get done yearly, they told us to have their files from the previous vet sent over and they would decide if they wanted to see them… pick and chose which pets you want to see? My dogs health issues aren’t enough for you? It’s not they don’t have enough room, it’s that they want to approve us coming in for a visit that we only even do every 6 months. Not impressed.We need a new vet in the area and were recommended to this location, unfortunately called today just for prices and was not impressed. Got put on hold for 5mins without even being told I was being put on hold, for English people the receptionist didn’t speak English or try to give me to someone who did, so my husband did the talking (not angry about the language, but disappointed). We asked for the price of a specific test that my dog needs every 6 months and the person didn’t know what it was and wouldn’t ask, so just gave us the price for a full work up…! This was the 4th vet I called today, and was the only one not willing to even try to find out what the test was and help us. Disappointed because this place came highly recommended by our friends.

Asked them to transfer my cats file to another clinic and was told it would take to 2-3 days. I asked if I had to call back to confirm and they assured me that it would be sent. 2 weeks later, I arrive to my appointment at the new clinic only to find out they never sent it. I had to call while at the vet to request it again and they didn’t even offer an apology. The receptionist simply said “it’s just been 2 weeks not 3” rudely when I told her i had made the request a few weeks ago. I asked them if they could please send it NOW as i was at the vet and the vet needed the information on file. Their receptionist said she will send it “soon”. The vet and I waited a solid 30 mins to receive the file to confirm certain information before proceeding. In the end, the receptionist at my new clinic had to call again to get the info by phone because they just wouldn't send it. An 1 hour later when my appointment was finished, they had still not sent it. Bad administration. Don’t recommend.

We go there for our 3 fur babies and we are always welcome with a smile and take care very well!

The Vet is a no nonsense doctor who'll treat your critter as needed and nothing more. His rates are very reasonable. Appointment required.

This vet changed a lot over the years . Vet almost killed an other dog when I had to euthanize mine instead of my dog , and my dog was IN PAIN the entire time . DO NOT GO THERE

Friendly service and competent people. The doctor is very knowledgable and knows how to care for his 4 legged patients. They took good care of my animal and are better in price ranges than those upscale with less service places. I recommend him.

Scheduled a C-section on a Friday, changed his mind with no valid reason moments before it would have to be done, 36hours later the dog goes into labour, lost one to natural birth, had him on the phone, didn't offer any helpful assistance especially when he acknowledged it couldn't be done for all the puppies naturally and needed C-section, he offered us to wait until monday(was now Sunday morning), insulted our capacity to assist us to help the dog give birth or find a good affordable place to do C-section in emergency since he refused without valid reason the Friday since the main goal was to keep the mother alive.Had to find another place elsewhere, dog barely survived, got lucky found a competent team that saved 1 puppy and the mother, couldn't save more due to complications that happened because the operation wasn't done Friday as planned.Do not go there, could cost you your pet or he might just try to send you somewhere where the cost is 3x-4x what it could be if things get done on time.Oh and saying you don't operate emergencies on the weekend cause you prefer to fill out papers, really professional... No basic decency, completely disconnected from the clients.

Waited over an hour to pick up my kitten that got spayed. They gave me no information on what needed to be done afterwards, even though i asked if there was anything. I googled everything i had to watch out for. I got my kitten from an adoption so the operation was paid for, but they wanted me to pay $169 anyways. I showed them the paperwork and they said i had to pay 10 anyways for the protection collar. Unbelievable.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE if you're English - they HATE anglophones....really? who cares what language i speak if your skilled in animal care?i am very disappointed - i live 30 feet away and i have to go 30 mins away to get help over in Brossard at the Hospital Rive-Sud who are fantastic by the way!!!i have 2 cats that need check-ups, shots and neutering...I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! not to an ignorant veterinarian.
