Peter provided excellent service, thoroughly and patiently explaining the process of how his team would identify the damage from a spilled water bottle and repair our MacBook Pro. Apple quoted us $1800 for the repairs which would have lost all data on the device. OCS did it for a fraction of the cost, recovered all data and even included a guarantee of all repairs. I highly recommend this company!

Peter did a wonderful job repairing two computers recently. He was very straightforward about the price. He charged cost price for the parts (which he quoted me in advance) and quoted me a price for labour (which he honoured), so there were no surprises. The best part about Peter was how quickly he got my computers back to me. I got both computers back within a day of him receiving the parts. He works out of his house so he is probably more flexible with drop offs and pick ups. I will definitely recommend him and use him again.

Spare yourself the time and energy - completely unqualified and terrible customer service. Wouldn't trust them to open a box of tick tacks !

I had my laptop working slowly and getting frozen. In a past, Peter gave me a valuable advice related to another issue. Also, he fixed the laptop for my son, who was very happy with the service. So when I've got the problem, I even did not think to call elsewhere. In a less than 24 hours Peter returned my laptop with replaced hard drive and working as a brand new device. I greatly appreciate the very professional approach and politeness and definitely recommend Peter to everyone who needs service for their computers.

I had a serious problem with my MacBook so I called around and talked to various repair companies. Most told me they would charge me a diagnostic fee and then a fee to do the work. I spoke to Peter at Ottawa Computer Services and he immediately over the phone knew exactly what the issue was and initially declined the work as he felt it would only be a stop gap solution and that the failure would happen again. Eventually we came to an arrangement, and he was able to repair my MacBook with some limits due to the fact the original problem was a faulty chip. I really respected his honesty and integrity, and the laptop is back to functioning although with some limits, as per his advice, to prolong its life cycle. Really, from start to finish a first-rate professional.

Peter is amazing. I called because my child had broken the screen on his chrome book and it was fixed within 24 hours of being dropped off. He kept me up to date with his progress, and sent pictures showing me the frame was also cracked. He was able to repair the screen without further damage to the frame.If you want quick professional service, I would highly recommend calling.
