The receptionist it very rude. Asked to come 10 mins before appointment. I could not and he never allowed me to see the doctor arguing for 10 mins to come before appointment time.I won’t recommend.

Wellness at its best.The staffs are very courteous and very capable of explaining the different services available for wellness. Cheers to Armie and Mandy for the excellent customer service.Liza, the Massage Therapist, is gifted with healing hands. She was able to identify the muscles in my lower back that caused pain and was able ease it. She is also very good at the different techniques and would always explain why she is applying those techniques.Mary, the Physiotherapist, would always make sure that all the exercises to ease my lower back pain is strictly followed. She looks at the progress of my case and recommends more exercises for my well being.

Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience today. When I arrived the place smelled like cigarette smoke. This was a consultation that no one told me I had to pay for. I don't want anything for free. I just want to meet the person I will be dealing with and understand their process before committing to treatment. I had to walk out. Reception wasn't receptive.

Great service. Christine is amazing and always beaming with delight and positivity. Just don't be late for your appointments,they run a tight ship. This is great because if you respect their time, they will respect yours.

Friendly and caring, they spent the time to explain what needs to be done. No pressure for services they not only work on the issue but look at the cause so it doesn't come back. I'm not used to this approach but certainly recommend it.
