I was presently surprised that they took my call on a Sunday when my phone suddenly stopped working. They were open and I visited the location in Aurora. Staff was very knowledgeable and the process with explained thoroughly. I received a call a short while later and they were able to have the phone repaired. This location went above and beyond to ensure the visit was successful and a positive experience.

Prompt service, reasonable pricing, friendly and helpful staff.Updated April 17th:. Great service here, they're not out to grab your money, on two occasions now they've diagnosed and fixed something right at the desk and not charged me - once on an iPad and once on a Microsoft Surface.Raj is outstanding and highly knowledgeable.Highly recommended!

This is the third or fourth time I have needed service and every time it has been quick fix and every time they looked after me and did not want any money because it was quick fix. This time over the phone just after closing, please support this company I know whenever I need equipment that they sell I use them.

Absolutely a great place to get your phone or tablet fixed. The staff are fantastic and know what they are doing. Have had multiple phones fixed here and they have all come back better than new. This is a 6 star place.

Just dropped in and I was met by a very friendly representative who sorted out an issue with my iPhone which turned out to be a simple fix. They sent me on my way with no charge. Great customer service still does exist.Thank you so much for your help.I’ll definitely be back

My phone was working great before I took it here ( other than the screen being cracked)Screen was fixed however the phone is not working properly. Shuts on and off and heats up. I went overseas after fixing it and haven’t been back to Canada to bring it to them but wanted to post this as a caution for others.(Most likely won’t take it back to them since I don’t trust the process)I’m not sure I can trust leaving my phone with anyone going forward unless it’s fixed right in front of me.Kind of like getting your jewelry appraised. If they don’t do it in front of you ….. run!

Simran was great. She did in 5 minutes what the people at Rogers couldn't figure out after 1.5 hours. At least they were smart enough to send me to her.

Pushkar ran a diagnostic test on my phone which took a lot of time on their end but they didn't charge me. He didn't force me fix the phone after they did the diagnostic. He is very helpful, accommodating, and reasonable. I'm super happy with their final work and I've been recommending them to anyone I know.

Great customer service! It was my first time getting my phone screen cracked but felt comfortable leaving my phone in Pushkar hands for repair. The estimate time of repair was pretty accurate. I will comeback.
