I hope you take this advice. Buy electronics from Costo. They have a much better and flexible return policy. When you buy something from Visions they are happy to sell you an extended warranty and tell you if you are not happy you have 60 days to return it. What they don't tell you is you only have is a 24 hour window to return a product that upon opening the unit has internal damaged. It's not mentioned on the bill of sale nor do they tell you when you pay for it......The manufacturer won't help as they said the purchaser damaged it and Visions washed their hands of the ordeal. Last time I will purchase any electronics Visions.

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made my decision making simpler. Everyone at the store was very accommodating and friendly. When i went to pick up my items they helped me to load them as they were very heavy. Highly recommend this store

It’s been about four months since I bought this TV from Visions. I wanted to wait and see how it performed rather than a gushing first impression. Overall I love the TV. For what I need it’s great. It’s clear and smooth when watching movies or football or playing games. Where it struggles is the operating system. Not the best and rather laggy - but aside from trying to move through the menus fast, everything else is great. The sound is even decent. Also, the buying experience was great because Devon Bailey from visions was awesome to deal with. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will be going back to visions to talk to Devon next time I need something.

When we picked up the TV, Chad and Alex provided excellent customer service, and ensured the TV was working before we left. Would highly recommend this location!
