Reading the reviews and they all mention horrible service. Not any different with our experience.Took my family and waited at the front counter for 10 mins while everyone was doing drive thru or skip. I understand being busy but..acknowledging the customer goes a long ways! They noticed us as I made plenty of eye contact and nothing. Finally I asked if they are only doing drive thru service at the moment and someone finally came to take our order..which they then got wrong.It’s no wonder the dine in area was completely empty. Terrible service here!! Owner/management: TRAIN YOUR STAFF or you will continue to loose business!!!

Had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, and it was barely OK. I was no more spicy than their spicy chicken sandwich, and the added sauce and crisps were just a distraction. Very underwhelming.However, as usual, the frosty saved the day - I could enjoy a Wendy’s frosty daily and never tire of them - so, so yummy!I’m a big fan of Wendy’s - salads, spicy chicken burger, so the ghost pepper chicken sandwich is opposite of what I’d expect. If you use the words “ghost pepper” in the name, it better be smokin’ hot, and this sandwich wasn’t.

Not sure what was going on with the counter staff but it seemed a bit disorganized. We saw workers, and they saw us but it took over 5 mins before we had someone to take our order. Then we had them correct a few mistakes, but it alright. It does happen. The food was yummy otherwise. Salad combos with lemonade. Not sure why, but Wendy's has the best lemonade.

The restaurant was quite cold. You get better service in the drive thru. Initially, I was going to eat inside, but nobody noticed me approach the till. They were walking by but didn't even greet me

I had the mini baconator meal, plenty big enough meal for a senior. The service was excellent. The eating ares was very sunny and bright.

Horrible service, they can not seam to get your order correct. And do nothing when you call them out on it.I have been here multiple times always an issue. No more will I go here.Really couldn’t care if they went under and closed this location.

Please update your hours to reflect when you are actually open. Showed up tonight at 945 and had to wait at the drive thru window for almost 5 mins before someone finally came over to tell me that the supervisor had decided they could close early.

Went through drive thru, did not get a greeting, no breakfast menu to view and order. Asked for a menu, got no response. Looked up menu on my phone. Finally, decided what to order and had to repeat it to the person 4 times. They still got it wrong…. They only had 1 egg left, so I asked for bacon on my sausage croissant to replace the egg, never got it. Just got bacon, barely any bacon. Needless to say I will not be returning!
