Meadowlily Trail
Meadowlily Woods trail is a small trail and with a zero elevation. This trail runs through a small creek and the view is nice too. At the end of the trail you can find a big dog park and if you are a dog lover, you will definitely love this trail and the park. Compared to other parks in this area, this is the best trail i liked there most.

There are actually two trails going with the river. Each starting from the both ends of the green bridge. Lovely trails and beautiful to walk through them. Great place for dogs. There is a dog park at the end of the first trail. All in all a great place.

The trail is paved so your not really hiking no hills, a few places where the grade is a bit high so you could tell you were going up. A very nice pleasant walk, lots of bikes. A good place to go if you or a friend are disabled great for wheelchairs.

Great little trail if you stick to it. It’s even better if you get off it and explore the shoreline and other neat little spots here. Some days you might even come across a deer or two and plenty of other wildlife.

Lived in the woods one summer because I am homeless. Was beautiful waking up every morning to the birds chirping. I love hiking thru this place. The trails are so amazing

Great place for a walk but remember to keep your dog on a leash! One of the last Carolinian forest regions - over 90% of the Carolinian forest has been destroyed by human activity.

Came here for a walk in the October, it has a large dog park and bike lanes for casual walk. Quite nice place for a family trip

Meadowlily Trail
Quite lovely trail mostly through old growth forest and some meadows which were historically farmland. The trail surface is mostly hard packed mud and it offers some gentle climbs with beautiful views of the Thames River. Some sections of trail are fairly rough and narrow but mostly the trail is wide enough for side by side walking. Hiking boots with good grips and poles are strongly recommended. Plenty of dog walkers and other walkers which provide an element of urban wilderness experience. Our early spring hike offered plenty of opportunities to observe wild flowers and hear migratory birdsong. One drawback is poorly demarcated routes with all directions marked in yellow signifying the Thames Valley trail system. So it is quite easy to get turned around and lose your direction by following alternate routes.

Meadowlily Trail
The paved path was clear and people kept their space, it was super cold and so we did not complete the full trail. We did take the recreational trail on the way back, however this is not maintained and was pretty much just walking on sheets of ice. Would not recommend if you have rambunctious dogs or poor balance. Will definitely have to come back in the spring or summer to finish the trail.
