Services West-Nette

Ça a été une très bonne expérience.

The priority client to west nette services is the more aged, living alone. Such as my dad. My dad was also receiving the subsidy. Started off as a good service. However, West Nette has completely stopped basic cleaning services to my dad who is 92 and living alone. I have called and communicated several times - apparently the individual assigned to him retired and they cannot find a replacement?! Since November 2022! Totally unprofessional, and unreliable.

The first person they sent me did an awful job, did not once in 4 visits even move 1 thing on my kitchen counter to clean under, not even the toaster.Dusting was very sloppy. The second person was very good but took advantage by cancelling yet asking for a check so to be paid then never making up the time I paid for in over 1 month ( but had enough time to pick up the check. The 3rd. person was here for over 31/2 hrs. and only managed to sweep the floor( 1 level of a townhouse ). Had PLENTY of time to talk. The 2nd. visit I asked her to do 4 things, missed 1 and only partially cleaned powder room floor. They changed and gave me the option of 3 hrs.2x a month with an increase in cost. They get a subsidy from the government as I am physically unable to do it so maybe I'm just not profitable to them. I have cancelled the service as I can only afford once a month and the work is poorly done and unreliable.If there was the option of zero stars I would rate them as zero but that option is not available. I know one other senior who has also cancelled due to them cancelling on him/her 3 times in a row.

Ma belle-mère recevait également la subvention. Commencé comme un bon service. Cependant, West Nette a complètement arrêté les services de nettoyage de base de ma belle-mère qui a 90 ans et vit seule. J'ai appelé et communiqué plusieurs fois - apparemment, il y avait un problème de personnel, personne d'autre n'a été assignée chez elle. Après plusieurs appels et mois d'attente Mme Cyndy n'avait jamais mentionné que le dossier de ma belle-mère devait être à nouveau accepté par la RAMQ. J'ai compris et on m'a appris que nous devions remplir à nouveau un formulaire à la RAMQ (ce qui n'était pas un problème en soi puisque ma belle-mère a seulement le SRG comme revenu). Formulaire qu'en passant nous n'avons d'ailleurs jamais reçu par la poste malgré notre demande. J'ai alors compris que durant tout ce temps on attendait pour rien .... on se faisait niaiser comme on dit !!!Depuis août 2022 ! Totalement non professionnel et peu fiable.Je ne sais pas si les (2) responsables de cette compagnie qu'on retrouve au registre des entreprises su Québec sont au fait de la situation de West-nette ??????À remarquer qu'aucun service de plainte nest en place
