I’ve taken 3 pairs of boots and a leather jacket here and all have been repaired beautifully. Tasks have included replacing the heel, resoling, conditioning & water proofing, and also dying brown boots black. I strongly recommend them.

I have taken two pairs of boots for cleaning/repair. One pair was suede and the other was premium leather. The results were amazing! I cannot recommend this store enough! Please give them a chance and you won't regret it! Excellent!

This kind gentleman has been taking care of my family’s shoe and leather needs for 30 years. Ray provides excellent, quality services in a timely manner and at very reasonable prices. A hidden gem on a lower level in Old Orchard that you never knew existed. Highly recommend!!!

Extremely poor quality: after 2 months of use my shoes require repair again and my 30 bucks disappeared. When I came yesterday asking to fix the problem or return my money this guy said I walk too much.Do not waste your time and money: find a shoe master who can do a good job.

I needed a scratched heel fixed for an important event. Ray got it done on time, and did a fantastic job! Him and his wife are super sweet, and they have gained a new customer. The customer service is unmatched. I attached before and after pics for reference.

Terrible. Went because it came highly recommended. The owner charges $20 to sew one golf ball size patch on a leather vest. JUST THE LABOR!!!!! I brought in the $5 patch.ABUSIVELY OVERPRICED with minimal customer service. One can get reasonable pricing at many other locations.Don't go..... Or you WILL overpay!Your choice
