Immigration Medical Exam - Chen Medical & Mental Wellness Group

I am sure the doctors are great but they have an awful receptionist. So condescending. Was told that they are accepting new patients but we as two doctors new to BC with no medical problems, we are apparently borderline in their nebulous selection criteria which consists of so many personal questions which I cannot see the relevance at all. Terrible experience.

Great service, I highly recommend doctor Chen for Immigration Medical exam. This is located in third floor and they have blood, urine test and x-ray exam on the second floor. Very convenient. You need to pay in cash the doctor and the other accept credit card. The result are sent to government of Canada IRCC through e-medical website in 3-5 days

We had our immigration medicals 3 days ago. The staff are very friendly. Dr Chen was so nice and accomadating. Cheap price for the medical unlike the other clinics. Highly recommended.

Finding Dr Chen clinic looked like a miracle for me. We got our Immigration Medical Exam email on Friday evening and I had no idea what to expect and where to book for. I started checking the list on IRCC website and making phone calls. I managed to book a place online for the coming Monday as most clinics are off at weekends, not to mention that the booking for some would take more than two weeks - but I heard from a friend that I have to do three different exams in three different clinics including general exams, chest Xray and blood/urine tests, as they normally are not done under one roof. As I was calling some clinics, to my surprise the phone was picked up at 8:30 pm! A kind person - and it was the Dr himself - on the other line helped me to make an appointment for the next day which was a Saturday at 10:00 am and as I was worried he reassured me that I can complete all exams in one day in Oakridge Center just in two different floors. I was over the moon. In the morning, they called me again and gave me more instructions, even about how to get there and where to park my car! Dr Chen and his team were so kind and very professional. The status of my medical exam was passed" on the portal only five days after the exam day thanks to Chen Medical Clinic and I am grateful for that."
