One of their drivers speeding through tunnel onto iron workers bridge. I have no where to Go but still on my butt. He passed me then does the same to car in next lane. Very dangerous. Van #2 on Feb 7 at around 130 pm.

I have had a bad experience dealing with the West Coast Auto Group via the West Coast Cup 2015 soccer tournament – which they directly sponsor – held on Labour Day weekend in Pitt Meadows. The final game for category “Girls U13 Gold / U14 Silver” was organized in such a way that one team was forced to play the final game “back to back” directly after another game with no rest period in between. While the opposing team had over 3 hours rest period after their previous game. Obviously this is an unfair situation, and so I complained to the West Coast Auto Group ‘higher ups’ who were organizing the tournament. They agreed it was unfair (“the girls will get over it”!) but said due to last minute changes and a very packed schedule, it was “impossible” for them to change the schedule for a fair final. They didn’t seem willing to find a solution and “solved” the problem at the expense of young soccer players. This makes it an easy decision never to buy a car from West Coast Auto Group; very bad advertising.

Poor customer service..wouldn't answer questions...said he could meet budget needs, then made offers over agreed budget

I just called to know about some of their cars, I also asked the person to send me the details of the cars they are having, by the time he was also getting my name and date of birth. I didn’t know that they were going for a credit check. But they did a credit check without my knowledge, which lowered my credit score. He also didn’t send me the vehicle details which I asked him to do. When I called him in the evening, he told me it’s time for him to go home and asked me to check on website. Too bad expensive for me.If you are going to get vehicle from them please make sure that you have the vehicle they have and then only share your information, even your full name..
