Absolutely horrible. Funds that were taken by debit were placed on hold, with no warning, having selected money in minutes" option. Was advised to call and all will be resolved. Called: 15 min on hold

Terrible customer experience. Person who attended to me asked me all security questions which I answered and then proceeded to ask me personal questions; where was I born, what is my nationality, and when I told her she repeated her question 3 times for some reason and then on to more personal questions. I stopped and asked her what that information was for and she said I should call western union to find out for myself. The manager just looked on and then later took over because but yeah. I won't be using this location again and minimize use of western union in the future.

Worst service ever. They lose your money transfer, 2 to 3 hours with customer service after speaking 7 different people to get things resolved and they don't refund the fee. Worst company ever. The left hand does not know what try right hand us doing""
