Brought a printer in that sat collecting dust for 3 years. Flat diagnostic fee which included a full printer clean inside, as well as the print heads on my model and that resolved it. Highly recommend this business, and enjoy the friendly/family like atmosphere.

These guys are AMAZING!!!!! My older printer wasn't working well, I took it in and got a tune up and its been working so much better ever since. I always seem to call them for new toner when I'm DESPERATE and they always have my toner that day!!!! They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome service. I had a printer with problems. Brought it in for a quick diagnosis and they thought it might be one problem and suggested the price might be $XXX.00. Upon getting the phone call with details after the technician looked at it... it was 1/3 of the price they quoted. They could have easily charged me the higher price and I wouldn't have known the difference, but their honesty is what won my business for life!
