Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Probably not a bad place to deal with when they actually have cars available... Had an accident on december 20th, was then out of time during Christmas, went to get a rental on the 27th. They didn't have anything and would call me when they did. Long story short, ended up getting a settlement from my insurance and buying a new car before I could actually get a rental, which was 4 weeks after my accident.

The person that I dealt with; she was rude at the bathurst outlet; also made things difficult when we had no problems before. had issue before and thought we'd do business there again; thinking all was understood. always a new person that ruins the flow.

Front desk staff was great. Just be mindful this is a small community rental agency. It isn’t like Vancouver with hundreds of vehicles in the lot. If you arrive early they may not have the vehicle you reserved until the time you reserved it.

We travelled to Bathurst from Montreal on Via and rented a car from this Enterprise location to drive to Gaspé last week. The staff are top notch, professional, and extremely helpful. Car was perfectly clean. After hours return was extremely easy.

Were not ready for me, no winter tires on vehicles. Friendly staff but my car before this one wasn't even cleaned up. Have to use for business but would not for personal use.
