I first sought Steve's help when I was trying to think through a decision to quit my job and go back to school for vocational training. He helped me balance my priorities, hopes, and fears in the decision making process and I felt much more confident about the decision my husband I made as a result. Later, Steve did a Grip-Birkman assessment for me that was quite valuable for identifying ministry and leadership skills, but also for making sense of how I function when stressed and when energized. I am grateful for what Steve has contributed to our discernment journey.
