We took our jewellery in for inspection. Tatyana was amazing. She organized all our paper work, set it up in the system so we don’t need to bring it all every time we come. She was quick and informative. We had no idea People’s can service all jewellery even if not bought there. She shared about getting our jewellery appraised and the importance of it. Also the options for upgrading any jewellery. She was a wealth of knowledge. And it was refreshing how much she loved her job, took pride in what she was doing and was amazing at providing good old fashion customer service. Thanks Tatyana for such an awesome experience.

Garbage customer service, if you're not spending money there you wont get treated good. Rude employees 3/3 visits, every single time had some sort of attitude or disposition about helping me with a watch repair that should have been really simple. Never going back.

I have an order available for pickup. Called the store and asked if my daughter can pick it up as she lives in Regina and I live 2hrs away.(have done this in the past with no problems)They said NO, only I can pick it up! Tried to chat online with someone got no help at all, no email address to send in a complaint either. So now I need to drive 4 hours to pick up an item that's already payed for! Won't be shopping here again soon, I've been a long time peoples customer!

If I could give this store a zero star, I would. Three times now I have had poor customer service but I won’t let this last one slide.1. I was given false information about the length of which I can apply a warranty. Which I learnt when I brought in the gold chain for repairs.( I let it slide)2. I didn’t get a follow up concerning a repair until I called and found out it was sitting at the store.(I also let it slide)3. The repair cost was bumped from $65 to $131 without me authorizing it (according to their store policy). I only found out about the new cost when I went to pick it up. I called to confirm and they claimed they called me and I gave the authorization. Meanwhile there was no proof of their call in my call logs on the said day. They lied it was a private number so I called my phone company for my call logs and it was confirmed I had not received a call from a private number (I have proof).Finally, I called the store back today to complain about the lie and she told me to have a good day(meaning go to hell). No intention to take off the cost I NEVER AUTHORIZED!I’m seriously hurt that they could lie about that without remorse leaving me stuck with a cost I didn’t budget for. It shows how poor their work ethics are. This is not a good store. Shop here at your own risk.PS: when I went to the store to pick it up, a part of the YELLOW gold chain now looks ROSE gold in color. I asked for it to be sent back again to correct that. Hopefully I haven’t been sold fake.

Purchased a 14k Gold necklace and pendant from People’s Jewellers. The necklace broke within two weeks. Went to store and Brooklyn the store associate not only replaced the necklace but also refunded the current sales price of 40% on the necklace and pendant. Brooklyn provided excellent customer service and made things right! All of our jewelry has been purchased from Peoples Jewellers. we will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Brooklyn!!
