Very friendly & great customer service! I went in for a minor issue and they fixed it in about 5 minutes and best part was they did not come out and tell me I needed all this other work done.Very honest and VERY reasonable prices, highly recommended!

Tried Quick Lane here in Orangeville for the first time to get another opinion after being told by another business that I needed full back end brakes that would cost me nearly $700 . After their free inspection ( recorded on video) , I found out that I DID NOT need ANYTHING at all as my car was in great shape ( Kia with 90K on it now that has only needed front brakes replaced to date!) as the back brakes and all other components checked were fine!! I felt totally respected and much more informed after having a detailed conversation with Dave who is friendly and was very patient with me, especially considering my woeful lack of knowledge about the inner workings of a vehicle. He did recommend the rust proofing now and, since he is so honest and upfront, this is something I will be following up on now. I will certainly go back here to have my summer tires evaluated in the spring , and , if I do need new ones at this point, I will have confidence that I can trust them to give me the best options and price points. I am so glad I went there today so would highly recommend them.

This is the first time had my car repaired at Quick Lane and first time replacing rear wheel bearing last Friday, I was bit concerned about quality so when I picked up my car I asked front desk staff about parts warranty and quality…etc, then manager David came to me explained all details and showed me parts got replaced and educated me how a car maintenance should be and transparency they are, I was like WOW, so impressed by his knowledge & expertise and he also gave me a good price. I’ve been driving my car last few days don’t hear any noise and so happy about service. Booked an appointment online and when I got there I was told that they were fully booked for over a week and could not provide any service. Apparently they called to tell me they were booked, but the number I provided was wrong. I had them read it back to me and it was in fact correct. They also had my email but for some reason didn't use it. Wasted my time and a family members since I had arranged get a ride to/from after dropping off my car. Call if you want to book with them since the online portal isn't updated. I just checked it again and it says they have full availability on Monday (today is Saturday). They came highly recommended, really unfortunate that they can't communicate with potential clients.

I got a flat just before starting a return trip to Ottawa from Orangeville. Needless to say, a trip that far on a spare wasn’t appealing. I called ahead, and they got me in to get it fixed right away- no appointment or hassle. The guy at the front desk was really helpful and friendly, and the service was quick. I would absolutely recommend this place.Side note- the washrooms were the nicest I’ve seen in Ontario!

Phenomenal customer service!We have been here on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. The team is friendly, thorough and fair.We trust their guidance and have recommended them to a number of our friends and family. We took my mom and the first thing she noted after leaving was that she was incredibly impressed at their level of service and how communicative they were with updates.They treat us as a valued customer and their service is always comprehensive.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service to anyone!

Got my tires swapped today and I was very impressed from start to finish. Dropped it off and was greeted by a very lovely front desk associate, received an update mid service through text which included a video of what shape my vehicle was in and one minor issue it had. They did not pressure me to get it done there, better yet they suggested I go back to my dealership and have them fix it. Told me to come back after 100kms and get my tires torqued, no appt needed just pop in! Thanks quicklane I will be back and will be sure to suggest you to friends and family.
