I called in to possibly get an appointment. When I told the receptionist about my injury, she laughed at me and said Well that was dumb". I hung up. She called back and I said excuse me? Can I speak with your manager please? She said "I'm sorry I was trying to be funny."

Best call I made in years was to these guys. I came in crooked and in the most pain i have experienced in my life, after a few visits, I was feeling better than I have in over a decade.THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. Do not be like me and choose to suffer, make an appointment and they will take excellent care of you.Only negative is they do such good work that they are VERY busy, so you may not get in for your appointment on time but how I am feeling today is worth the wait.Thank you guys for everything.

I have been seeing Dr Simpson for about ten years now. He has cared for my spine throughout a physically demanding career in healthcare, being pregnant, having children, and being a dancer and a yogi. He is incredibly kind and super smart and takes a holistic approach to the body and health.I always leave my appointments having learned something new, feeling inspired, and most importantly, with relief in my back.Brad is also a really good RMT! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking help with their spine/back issues and overall wellness.

Mike is a very skilled chiropractor. I am a large man and my spine can be a bit difficult to adjust sometimes with the amount of tension my body holds but it never seems to be a problem for Mike. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Simpson here for years. Jackie at the front desk is amazing they have created a fun comfortable and efficient place. I look forward to going to see them. Dr Simpson is very knowledgeable he really helps me out. I am an athlete and he is an important part of my success. They don’t try to over sell either they are a class act. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Simpson since September 2022 and I no longer suffer from CHRONIC HEADACHES! It was a process but with consistency and patience I went from 3-4 headaches a week to 1-2 monthly. I was always an Advil popper to relieve the pain but since I became pregnant that was no longer an option. It was time to address the underlying issue. My treatment started with 2 visits per week, then to once weekly and now once biweekly for maintenance. I cannot express my gratitude enough as this has changed my life drastically. Dr. Simpson is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to see while the clinic staff are always welcoming and efficient. Thank you!

I hobbled into this place - and I kid you not - I could not sit or stand for more than a few minutes at all.Dr. Newberry is awesome and so are the receptionists.Dr. Newberry gave me a thorough exam, and quickly identified the cause of my lower back problem that had seemed to engulf my whole body. So much pain!!!He has always been careful to explain everything to me, has a wonderful sense of humor and quickly put me at ease even with my back pain.It has been a week and a half, and I have almost full motion back. Back pain is drastically reduced - noticed a massive difference right from the start.I am going to continue to come here for maintenence - and I'm bringing my family.If you are looking for a fantastic chiropractor- please do your body a favor and stop looking! These guys are awesome!

I’ve been going to the clinic for over ten years now to see Dr. Simpson. He’s very knowledgeable and wonderful at explaining what’s going on with my pain in a way that I can understand. Everyone in the office is happy and upbeat too.Brad the RMT is great and extremely accommodating to the random times I can make it into the office for a massage. I had a great experience with my initial visit to this chiropractor. Jackie the receptionist was very friendly and talkative. Mike the chiropractor definitely knew what he was doing and made my back feel atleast 60% better after the first visit. It's a great location and inside was very well organized welcoming and clean.
