I hired Franco and his team to rebuild a deck. With the deck itself nearly finished and the work seeming decent, I decided to pay them early since for the most part I was impressed, and I didn't want to leave his team unpaid for a week even though he said payment was not needed till the end. After payment, I never saw him or his team again, but they left all the old lumber (500lbs+)and several important parts undone, which ended up costing me an extra $1000 to take care of. Hauling the old wood to the dump was part of the deal. Don't trust anyone in this business, ever. Lastly, the guy's business license is expired. Avoid if possible.

They did a very great job and worked very hard to get the job done.
