Ideal Small Engine
Great Service. They came recommended to work on my Briggs & Stratton Motor. After getting my machine up and going they gave me tips on how to maintain it and their communication was excelent. I needed my machine right away and they got it back in my hands much quicker than I anticipated without breaking the bank. I would definitely recommend the shop.

Ideal Small Engine
This is a must have place for all your small engine needs, regardless of the make or model you own. The husband and wife team are AWESOME to work with. He has the mechanical knowledge and is up front with the answers on your repair, and she knows all the stock and items you will need for your DIY repairs. I have been to them for the last year and a half multiple times to do work all my gas yard equipment. You will not be disappointed.

Ideal Small Engine
I used to go to another place in Winnipeg for my small engine repairs and purchases but my business was never appreciated. For about the past 4 years I have taken everything to Ideal and Leo (the owner) is always fair and treats his customers right. Great selection of Stihl products and other brands.

Ideal Small Engine
I have bought multiple Stihl products from Leo at Ideal Small Engine, and the experience has always been excellent. Leo is honest and knowledgeable about the products and has helped me select the correct model for our purposes. I have taken my gas engine power equipment to Leo for service. The prices were realistic, and the service excellent. They have a pick up service for snowblowers, and the cost is fair. I agree with the others, why would you go go anywhere else for Stihl products and small engine service?

I went in to look at and purchase a new Stihl chainsaw and they were very helpful and made sure I knew about any Stihl promotions as well as a quick rundown of the saw's starting procedure. Nice shop!

Ideal Small Engine
Would not recommend. Lawn mower was not starting. They charged $110 just to drain the fuel and then argued with me when the price was double what was quoted.

I was recommended to check them out for my small engine maintenance.They fixed and tuned up my equipment; it's all running perfectly!We were so happy we went back and purchased a new Toro snowblower.Thank Ideal!!

Seemed like they carried lots of parts but not sure of expertise. Bench tested a coil myself but they said it had to be in machine

Ideal Small Engine
Customer service is above standard and nobody beats their prices for small engine parts. I bought my leaf blower from them, $40 - $60 dollars cheaper then their competitors, brand new with warrantee
