Had appointment to have mine and fiancé’s taxes done, nothing complicated. Waited an hour, left, were called back to pay an additional $98 on top of the $152 we had already paid, after confirming three times I had everything. For $250, the service was awful, the guy didn’t really seem to know what he was doing, his coworker did three people’s returns in the time we sat there and to top it off she wasn’t even wearing a mask. Unreal waste of money.

Went in and asked for a price to get a straight forward income tax done. The Lady told me one price but,when they were done it came to 50 dollars more. I could have went to a proper Accountant and got it done for alot cheaper. Not very good if you are on a fixed income or pension.

I have been to a few different places to have my taxes done, but the past few years I have been going to see Allison at Eastgate Liberty. She is sooo helpful & knowledgeable. I’ve actually referred two friends/family members to her this year & they were so happy as well. Highly recommend this location!!!

I came in with a bit of a complex situation and was met with an extremely compitent and professional yet approachable Allison Kentor. She made things seem a lot less dawnting, clarified any questions I had through the process and did it all in an impressive timely manner. I recommend their services and I clearly be returning every year.
