I only gave this hospital a one star cause I have found that I have multiple friends have gone to this hospital and I have seen it for myself that most of the nursing staff and doctors are rude , unprofessional and not compassionate for their patients this hospital is a joke and always will be unless something changes

Rude and ignorant my cousin had a friend come in there and they are not very friendly this Hospital needs to learn customer service being professional and not being so rude to the people that do come in there the health care people should really either step up or take their course over again and learn how to be patient and learn how to respect people and on top of it all be professional

Unless you've experienced something else, you may not know how good you've got it; all a matter of perspective. Moved to the area just over two years ago from a large city centre and I promise, we are so fortunate to have Pincher Creek Health Centre!!I am particularly impressed with the caring staff in the lab who have to battle to draw blood from me. Huge shout out to Allison, Judy, and Sharon (I hope - was feeling a little traumatized by the time she got involved) for their compassion and excellent care.You're in good hands" in Pincher Creek!"

Any good doctors and good nurses will get a bad name due to the rest of the incompassionate rude staff that works here. Got to be one of the worst hospitals I've been.

Pincher Creek Health Centre
Recently had knee surgery with Dr.Anderson at the Pincher Creek Health unit (Wednsday June, 17/2020). The staff and nurses at PCHU are absoulutly amazing, super friendly, and full of jokes. I had an absolutely great experience at Pincher Creek Health Unit. Great team that does an amazing job.

I just want to thank all the nurses, Dr. Parker, and Dr. Anderson for all their work leading up to, during, and after my surgery. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease.

My family moved here and people were horrible from the start. That idea that small towns are welcoming and warm?! DOES NOT apply to Pincher. Stay Away!

Very rude and uncaring nurses they always seem to be rushing to do things when there are literally 4 patients in the hospital and I see them all standing around laughing in a side office. I don’t want to bring race into this but you can see they treat not only us natives cold and heartless but they treat anybody that had different colour skin the same way or if your not a local from town. But SOME nurses are good and the doctors are okay but I still Do not recommend.

Great er doc. Staff were helpful with my kiddo who as a result remained calm watching her mother lose consciousness.
