Notary pro was fantastic. I felt at ease dealing with them. I needed a quick turnaround for a signed affidavit and the staff were professional and very responsive, with multiple appointments available close by. Over the previous few days, I had to change my plans a couple times, and had to interact with 3 different people, as well as the online platform. The staff were flexible, and gracious. The online platform is clear and easy to use, and the people were as friendly in person as on the phone. Robert was fantastic and I would recommend them over any other organization for this kind of service.

They lost a potential customer for 1. Having no pricing on their website and 2. Claiming they had 'live help M-F 9-5' and then giving me only a useless bot to waste a few more minutes of my time.If you do the easy things so badly I can't believe you do the harder things well.Also, look at the other reviews. They are among the most fake-looking I've seen.

We had a last min travel documents to be notarized and after struggling to find someone to do it quickly , Robert helped us out and offered to stay past his work time to manage to meet in person same day. Highly recommend.
