This dealership was excellent. We tried to purchase from 2 more local dealerships but service wasn’t good. Drove 1 1/2hrs to shop here. Quinn was very informative and not pushy with our sale. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and super thorough. The dealership was clean and friendly. All staff we dealt with were very welcoming and efficient. Our car arrived quickly and right on time and was above our expectations. It was full of gas and I was given a gift bag full of treats. Quinn spent an hour explaining everything about our car then pairing our phones. Added touch was seeing our brand new purchase under glass in the showroom. Real classy touch. Highly recommend St Thomas Nissan.

Recently purchased a 2017 Sentra. The dealer is extremely welcoming and friendly. My sales associate Amanda was super helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Went out of her way to get me into my car as fast and easy as she could! Highly recommend this dealer! If you get Amanda even better!

I was looking for a 2023 Nissan Kicks and inquired with local dealerships in London city and none of them had any answer when they could get me a vehicle so I called St. Thomas Nissan which is the closest Nissan dealer from London city. Got in touch with Amanda over the phone there and she told me to visit them once and discuss everything. Booked the car on my first visit itself and they promised me that I will get my new car in just one month and they kept their promise and delivered the car in a month. WOW!! I am so impressed with their customer service. Car buying process was super easy and smooth. I really wanna thank Amanda for everything. She was super helpful during the entire process. I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue. The entire experience was absolutely perfect. I never knew buying a vehicle could be so easy. The sales people here really make you feel like a priority. They took care of everything. When I went in to pick up my car they had it all ready to go inside the building with a big red bow on it. It was amazing. They went over all the features to make sure I knew how everything worked. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Just a shout out to the awesome service,and customer care of St Thomas Nissan, I have bought 2 vehicles there in the last year and they made it super easy. Really appreciate the garage service as well for oil changes and must definitely compliment the comfort and hospitality of the waiting area.
