Paul the owner is very personable and makes you feel welcome as soon as you meet him.This Storage unit is brand new, top of the line buildings, heated and cool units.Absolutely beautiful.Very safe gated area.Rates are much better than most.Can't say enough, give Paul a call and find out for yourself.Bob and Diane

A great safe location. The facility is new and clean and the owner is a lovely human to connect with. Highly recommend this place. was so worth storing my furniture at this location in comparison to Toronto and it’s prices

Paul is fantastic to deal with and his parents are very sweet. This is a family run small business you can tell they put a lot of heart into. Not like other franchised businesses. The facility is easily accessible, gated, brand new, and very clean. They live up to their name, definitely worth 5 stars! Best prices in the Barrie area!! Highly recommend!!
