Hmm...There was quite a few things that you helped out with including giving a heads up about the types of sales going into the houses along with giving a heads up of foreshadowed issues that may pop up like:The water damaged house,The fixer upper house (with carpeted basement),Or hooking me up with the lawyer to help with purchasing the house.Almost forgot about the little tidbit of payment of the house if there were none or other interested buyers.But being friendly, helpful, and patient was definitely a plus!As for my expectations, perhaps I was expected only to be shown a quick tour of the selected houses within a price range and just told a simple highlight and description of said house.Needless to say you surpassed my expectations!
