From the first phone call to my pick up at the airport to my ride through rush hour traffic to my drop off at the hotel my experience was so much more than I was expecting. Phone call from Dispatch telling me to wait inside the terminal as the driver would come to me instead of me looking fir him. Driver introduced himself and carried my bag to a clean shiny black Town car.The interior was immaculate had a clean smell with bottled water in the side pocket. Driver asked my preferences around the route to take tolls or no tolls and explained the cost. It was a pleasant quiet efficient ride. No speeding up, slowing down weaving in and out of traffic or loud music. I had a 30 minute seamless scenic trip to my destination. What really impressed me was the driver an older man wore a clean white shirt and dress pants. Driver was curtious, didn't overly talk and was pleasant. I so appreciated the service that I booked him for my return trip back to the airport. We wanted to book a wine tour so he took us to all the wineries in niagara and patiently waited and picked us up. He was very professional. We will definitely book again!
