I really had a bad experience at this clinic, I call them nobody, answer my call and then after waiting for 3 hours outside the clinic. Receptionist call my name. And then wait for another one hour in doctors room.Then I got my treatment. This is just a waste of time. Please don’t go there. Highly not recommendable.

Went to this clinic first time today. I had bed. Calling them multiple times since 4pm. No one answered the phone. Website says they are open until 6pm. Decided to walk in. The receptionist was very rude. She said they are not taking any more patients. And this is at 4:20 pm.Very poor service and bad first experience.

Today I visit this clinic and I am totally satisfied from all services as they treated me in a very polite way. I really appreciate to front staff and doctor Gopal.

Final Update:I was seen by Dr. Mohan, and think he is a great doctor. Very professional and a great listener. Also Dr. Mohan was the one who actually the doctor my mom had seen and she had a good experience with him as well. I change 3 stars to 4 stars.--------------------------------------------------update 2:I went in person and it is a 1 hour wait. Reception was very nice. I let them know that I had been calling for a while and no one picked up, and as I suspected it was super busy at the clinic. However I did let them know that the voicemail system has not been set up bc I wanted to make sure they knew of the issue. They thanked me for informing them and told me that they will tell the doctors to set it up, hopefully the phone issue will be resolved soon, because it is such a frustrating experience to not be able to connect wkth a clinic by phone at first. I will change the 2 stars to 3 stars for now--------------------------------------------------Update 1:I called from 10 51am to 1127am. no amswer. first it rang through all the time, and now when i try to call, it goes straight to a automated message that says Im sorry

Never answers phone calls, been there at 5.20pm today and was told can't see the 2 year old as doctor has to go somewhere, if so lock the door and go if not answer the damm phone.Edit:That's what your Receptionist told that doctor has to leave for the day at 5.30pm.There was patient ahead of me was told the same reason, moreover there was no patients sitting waiting so I don't understand what patients you were seing past 6pm

I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. Sumeet Mohan took my entire family and I as patients when we truly needed a good physician. He is a very knowledgable and compassionate doctor. Their administrative staff are also all so accommodating and pleasant.

It was a really bad experience. Even for a walk-in clinic, they never answer any calls and then when you reach there they make you wait for 2-3 hrs every time, before calling you to the doctor's room. After that also you have to wait for at least 45mins before seeing the doctor. Totally disturb your schedule for the day. Go there only if you have nothing to do in life.

The staff and doctors are great yes sometimes there's a bit of a wait but so does every other clinic. most clinics now don't accept walk ins even though their a walk in clinic. The ladys at reception are always very friendly and the doctores really seem to take your issue seriously.
