Sylvie and her husband do an AMAZING job. I went for a manicure and facial and was absolutely pampered. It's been more than a week and my nails still look amazing! But her facial...out of this world. Clean, relaxing and she explained everything she was doing for my skin along the way. Highly skilled, and so very sweet. Felt very covid safe.Highly recommended! I can't wait to go back.

Family owned business. Husband from Canada, wife from Vietnam. Such a lovely couple. Promotes health and wellness in using products from head to your toes. They use real shellac products. Not just “gel” or acrylic. Amazing massage chairs. Great conversation. My friend and I will be booking with them from now on for pedi day!! I will never go back to the other pedi places that are always super busy and do not care about you, this couple genuinely care about you. Plus wife was a nurse!!

Wow! What a refreshing experience with Sylvie. She is honestly wonderful, her attention to detail is like no one else I have experienced in town. Nanaimo is lucky to have her grace us with her services. She is so gentle with your skin, I felt as if she treated my skin like her own. She even counts down before ripping the wax strip and referred to breathing techniques that really aided me in feeling an almost point pain-free waxing experience. She took her time and was very detailed and professional with her service. I cannot say enough about my waxing experience with Sylvie, she treated me like a friend. Her hospitality yet professionalism is beyond anyone else I have experienced! Please give her a visit, she will not disappoint. She owns a cute salon downtown and it has the most welcoming ambience. This is a wonderful spot for a day at the spa. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. They are very focused on quality which we appreciated greatly. Their dog was adorable and very good at distracting us while we waited. I would definitely recommend this spa.

The best spa in Nanaimo. Family owned, with the best pricing and best service I've seen in a long time! They have great sanitation practices and have incredible attention to detail. I will definitely be back, only complaint is that I didn't find them sooner!
