Scott is an amazing realtor. We have used him a few times to buy and sell and most recently, listed our home during the pandemic. He worked extra hard to show it since we couldn't have any open houses. He showed our home multiple times and he was always honest with us and upfront about the feedback. I met Scott in the spring of 2017, I was just browsing potential properties nothing serious. We were in a hurry to find a house because I was 9 months pregnant, our landlord wanted us out of our current apartment and our previous realtor made us lose valuable time. Scott was an angel sent from heaven! He understood our situation right away and set up appointments to places we really liked within 24 hrs. It only took one (very intense) day of househunting to find something we liked... Actually we found 2 great places and had to decide!He is a great negotiator and got us our place under asking price in a sellers market. I mentioned to Scott that I was interested in buying an investment property and he got on it right away. He asked all the right questions to thoroughly understand what I was looking for. He put together a selection of townhomes for me to see one afternoon. He made all the appointments and mapped out the route to make the most of my time. He chose a good variety of properties to see - all within my price range. He had obviously spent a lot of time going through what was available in the market and choosing the best options for me so as not to waste my time. After I chose the property I wanted to buy Scott handled all the paperwork with a minimum of fuss, organized a home inspection and a notary to complete the deal.
