Horrible service lady behind the desk has zero knowledge of vehicles. I called total Alignment to make sure an rv was safe for my mom to move to Newfoundland in. I was told they could take it right away and work on it. The quote was $1800 for a list of work. Nothing major windshield wiper blades for two regular wiper blade from Canadian tire. Tail pipe hanger, leak in manifold, flat tire, wiring for two over head lights , a battery tie down , sway bushings missing in the back. They were fully aware of our situation and pretended they could get the work down before leaving as my mothers house was closing. On the 6 day I called to see progress nothing was done but there $225 inspection. They told me they were waiting for parts. On the 9th day the day my mother was leaving she tells me the bill is $3000 due to the fact they broke all the bolts to the manifold and clearly had no knowledge of how to tap them out because the engine and manifold are inside the rv under the hood. They charged me 12 hrs to tap four bolts and change manifold gasket. So in the end for 3 grand we got a battery, battery tie down, and manifold gasket, and wiper blades. The rough idle is still there had no clue how to fix it . Wiper blades 22” long regular blades for $175. Our bill was 3k after being quoted $1800 for all the work. They fully took advantage of our situation and the rv left in safe again after dumping this money. They are a shop of crooks as you can read by the reviews I should have read and researched this company before using them highly suggest not going here. Legal con artists sits here and try’s to defend all his complaints on Google when it’s all the same storey.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BUNCH OF CROOKS WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE! Here’s my experience: we were told by our tire shop that we needed an alignment on our SUV, so we booked it in at total alignment to get the alignment repaired. They refused to do the alignment and gave us a quote for $680 worth of work required in order to do the alignment. We booked it in for Tuesday, March 16 - we were told it would be ready in a few hours. They called us back a couple hours later and said it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday afternoon, we said no problem. Wednesday afternoon rolls around and they call us advising there’s $2600 worth of work required before they will do the alignment but if we took off some less important work it would still cost $1800 - this is TRIPLE the amount of the quote provided from the initial inspection. I spoke with the owner, Joe to find out what happened here and he was less than pleasant to deal with, he refused to have a conversation with me because I was irate with the entire situation. His answers for why it had tripled were that it was a different technician looking at it and pretty much not his fault our vehicle needed all this extra work done. I explained to him that we were quoted for $680 worth of work not $1800 worth of work. I asked him what had been done to the vehicle so far and he said NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! After having my SUV for 2 days, nothing had been touched. Joe encouraged me to pick up my vehicle and take it somewhere else, so I did just that.Moral of the story: if you want your time wasted and want to spend triple the amount than originally quoted then by all means bring your vehicle here. If you want an honest quote and honest work done on your vehicle bring it ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

First off fixed the alignmentachine they should go for a test drive before handing it to the customer apprentice working on it should be cjecl by s Journeyman , then found out by owner that's best we can still pulls to the right tells me go to Ford down the road found out that people who their trucks alignment at total went to ford pretty sad they didn't go back to Total Alignment e neither its a mess there

These people are awesome! I brought in my classic Chevy for an undercoating today, and couldn't be happier with the work they did. They hit every nook and cranny. I highly recommend them ! Real top notch work, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Joe and his team are great, they knew what to do to correct the wandering problem on my old Chevy truck, it's not the first time they help me out with steering issues on my trucks, I definitely recommend total alignment.

This place has great service. I was passing through here and my vehicle handled like garbage and called them up half hour before I got there to see if they could take me in and they made it possible. Once they were done I was expecting a big bill but it was a great price. Great place with great people! Only downside for me would be their location is confusing to find as the roads are across parking lots.

Big Thank you to Joe and team FORD. They took my class A, motorhome in with a bad O2 sensor that took the extra effort by Ford to torch out. After 45 minutes of heating and wrestling with the 16 yr old sensor, it finally surrendered to Ford's persistence.It takes hard work, knowledge and friendly service to survive when working with the public, and Total Alignment Truck and Auto people have it all.I highly recommend this business, Thanks again for the professional experience I had at your shop.Bill T2004 Pace Arrow 37cFull Timer 5 years

Highly recommend this place. Was traveling through when my RV developed major front issues. The people here were great and explained all my issues and got me back in the road quick. Special thanks to young Chris and his side kid Chris also. Lead by a excellent chief Peter. Also thanks to the girl at the desk which I never got her name. A friendly place.

I wrote a bad review earlier about the shop. I renounce that statement earlier. Joe personally had a look at the vehicle to see what was wrong with it and assured me there was no risk for my safety. I’m not sure what the shop did to my vehicle in the first place that released that annoying sound when I got it back on Friday and Monday. Because it was completely fine when it went in the shop on Friday with zero sounds until the front wheel bearings were worked on. I took my vehicle to a different shop and they found what was the main issue what was causing my vehicle to make weird wobbling sounds. The sound is little nuisance when braking the vehicle but I was told it’s not a risk to be concerned about when driving it and it won’t jeopardize vehicle performance. I was told there’s no damage to the vehicle of any kind when other garage looked over it. I appreciate Joe trying to make it right but I’m not fully satisfied with the results when I got my vehicle back from them. I would give the Total Alignment B+ for the effort of trying to make it right and Joe taking his time to speak with me directly about the issue (resolved.)
