The people who work here are extremely insensitive and careless about their work.I received an anatomy scan here and what should be an exciting experience was not enjoyable at all. They don’t let your spouse in the room which is completely ridiculous. They printed off my ultrasound photo and it got stuck in the printer, crumpled it up and scraped a line through it and the lady wouldn’t reprint for me.While my husband was in the waiting room he witnessed 6 people come in for confirmed appointments. The receptionist passively told them “no one here is to do it” and completely left them high and dry. Don’t go here.

My wife underwent an ultrasound for our baby at this facility, and it proved to be a positive experience. The technician displayed exceptional kindness and patience, ensuring that my initial ultrasound went smoothly and pleasantly. The receptionist, was notably friendly and proactive. Without any prompting, she proactively checked the calendar and scheduled my next ultrasound. I wholeheartedly endorse this clinic and urge others to consider it.

Had a positive experience at the clinic. Went for my moms bone density test. It was a long wait for the appointment but the staff contacted us for a cancellation spot that was available in a few days. The front staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff also helped us promptly for a walk in X-ray

I had a really amazing experience with all the staff. The receptionists were very nice, helpful and calm, even when I showed urgency. The technicians were skilled and knowledgeable in their field. They were able to successfully explain the entire process to me. Thank you so much!

First of all, they close between 12-1230pm for lunch which i completely understand however if you say you're going to open at 1230 then maybe strolling to the door at 1240pm will annoy a few people especially since there were about 9 pple waiting for their 1230pm appointment! I work during the day and was trying to work it all out to get back to work asap but was about 15 mins late because of their lateness.Secondly, with no plants in the underground office we the pple waiting, found a random tick walking on the floor which is disgusting and rather then the office lady come out and clean it up the lady gave me a look like why should I help you which was really disappointing and gross. Thirdly, when I asked when my son's imaging will be available, the front desk lady simply said well I don't know your doctors procedures, like i should know theirs.... well I wasn't asking her too but wanted to know when they would send it over so I can make sure to follow up. It was a horrible place the Customer Service was just not there at all and they all seemed really unhappy minus the xray lady who was actually really nice and helpful. The reason I gave 2 stars was because although they were late, the process for the ultrasound and xray was relatively quick we were in and out in about 30 mins but aside from that i will never go back and if you have a choice i would chose another location if you want a more pleasant experience.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinic. From the moment I stepped in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The technicians were highly skilled and knowledgeable, explaining the entire process to me in a way that was easy to understand. The clinic's organization and efficiency were impressive, and I never had to wait long for my appointments. I highly recommend!

Went for a CT today and the first time ever that I have got through a CT without meds. I could not gave done it with out Sam and Donna, amazing women. The volunteer Maria is such a sweetheart. All 3 of u need to be clooned. Thanks again for awesome experience.

I had the ultrasound for my 8-week baby here and it was a good experience. Qasim was very nice and patient that made my very first ultrasound smooth and pleasant. He was very careful to ask me if I needed a woman in the room or not. The receiptionist was also very nice and proactive. She checked calendar and booked the next ultrasound for me without being asked. Not sure why there are a few negative feedbacks here. I highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent service. I had a great experience with emergency prenatal ultrasound. The receptionist and the tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They helped us a lot in a very stressful situation. Thank you so much!
