I have worked with Sherry as my property manager for a few years now. All issues with tenants are addressed very quickly. All required repairs are done quickly (with my knowing about them ahead of time) and she is always available to me at any time of the day or night. During the pandemic she has also managed to rent out my property and continue to get all needed maintenance done.I am very happy with the services she provides

To have Sherry as my property manager is the best thing ever. I have other property managers throughout Ontario and so far she’s the best. Sherry’s monthly statements are clear and has everything inside, our rents are always on time, and our property is taken care of. Sherry handles everything herself and we are truly hands off. Even though we are in Toronto we are worry free because of Sherry:)

Viewed and applied for an apartment through Sherry, the original posting was for $2000.00. I liked the place a lot and it was within our budget so I put in an application (and paid the $25 fee)... Noticed a few days later when Sherry reached out that the posted price had been raised to $2150.00, when I asked Sherry if the apartment would be the $2000.00 I applied for it at she said no. Wasted my time with their dishonesty and scammed me (and possibly others) out of their $25 application fee. Will never look to rent from them again.

They are a fraud agency who took our 25 dollars and said we were approved and then without any particular reason they said they gonna put the house for showing on the next day also and look for other tenants...their behavior was rude ..pls don't fall for the fraud company.they just want your 25 dollars.
